Robert “Bob” Buckner, AIA

Mr. Buckner has been an Architect and Principal in Charge of projects for numerous major clients for Freeman-White Associates, Inc. He has extensive experience in client relations and management including contract negotiation, monitoring of client billings, project scheduling, management of project teams, budget management and control, construction firm selection, construction management, quality control, and dispute avoidance. He has provided construction administration services on over $200,000,000 worth of construction especially focused on healthcare and senior living projects primarily located in the southeastern United States.


Mr. Buckner’s 35 years of experience in construction quality control, construction administration, and dispute resolution has given him expertise to investigate and determine facts of a project from project records, contract documents, standards, and inspections of the project. Mr. Buckner actively directs and participates in all aspects of the Construction Process throughout all phases of design and construction. Other information regarding his background includes:

Timothy J. Butler

Mr. Butler graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management. His coursework included Engineering Economics, Civil Engineering Technical Drawing, Applied Mechanics I & II, Structural Analysis and Design, Soils and Foundations, Construction Project Administration, 10 Hour OSHA training course, Construction Costs Estimating and Project Scheduling and Control. Mr. Butler started with the company upon his graduation in 2013.

During his tenure at CCS he has been investigating project failures and construction deficiencies, performing schedule analysis, performing testing, doing research on construction systems and material, performing plan and specification analysis, project management for repairs to building and site development projects, and writing reports.
